A message to our customers regarding COVID-19

The health and safety of our customers, employees and partners is our top priority! We do constantly monitoring the situation and follow all national authorities guidance regrading prevention so we can protect our costumers and employees.

Here is a list of measures that we do take

  1. We do sanitization to all cars are all locations in Croatia after rental and before rental
  2. We do offer antibacterial gel free of charge to all our costumers
  3. Pre-check in email process - by sending a pre-check in email we  do collect customer's details and credit card information before they pickup a vehicle so there is no need to contact with costumer card, ID or any document.
  4. E-Signature - This allows as to collect the rental agreement signature electronically so costumer and we have less contact with documents.

Change or cancel booking
We understand that travel plans can change, and we want to be as helpful as possible to here is instructions how to change or cancel your booking.
There are no charges incurred for re-booking and cancellations.

once we got your request we will provide you cancellation/update email notification.
